From mentoring young healthcare providers to facilitating corporate teams, to working with for- and non-profit boards, my professional consulting meet the needs of a diverse clientele.

My focus is to improve the working environment, either through individual coaching or work team facilitation. I customize my programs to meet  the needs of each organization I work with. Some methods include: small and large group discussion, skill building, experiential activities, including possible equine-facilitated learning, and problem-solving challenges.
